Code of Conduct:

All attendees must agree to the Code of Conduct in order to attend.

Identification:

The first and last name that you use to register must match your first and last name on at least one government-issued photographic identification, such as a passport or driver's license. We cannot issue your badge unless we can verify your identity with a government-issued photo ID.

You will have the option to not display your legal name as presented on your photo ID on your badge. By selecting this badge layout, your legal name should only be handled by our registration staff.

(For purposes of this section, "legal first name" and "legal last name" refer to your first and last name as shown on your government-issued photo ID, respectively.)

Minors:

Minors aged 12 and under must be accompanied at all times by a parent, legal guardian, or an adult designated as responsible for them by their parent or guardian. Any person accompanying a minor 12 and under must also purchase a membership that is valid for the entire duration of the minor's attendance.

Minors between the ages of 13 and 17 must have an adult responsible for them on site and able to be contacted at all times. If you are the adult contact for a minor between the ages of 13 and 17, you do not need to purchase an membership if you are not entering convention space. (But we encourage you to do so anyway, so that you can join in the fun as well!)

One-Day Attendance:

One-day memberships are available at the door, for those who are unable to attend the entire event. These memberships are only valid on the day of purchase, and only a single one-day membership can be purchased during the event. If you will be attending two or more days, please purchase a regular membership type.

Refunds:
